PREMIER KITCHEN DESIGNERS FOR LOWER NORTH SHORE
Established in 2007, Matt Michel Design’s team of interior and kitchen designers working across on projects across Sydney’s Lower North Shore will combine creativity with technical experience to provide a unique outcome on each project. It is particularly important that the design responds to our client’s vision, site, budget and timeframe.
Based in a small loft studio in Brookvale, we work in collaboration with clients and their other consultants and contractors, to achieve a balance between the functional and aesthetic.
We can also tender to our network of skilled cabinetmakers, builders, architects, stonemasons, glaziers and other trades, resulting in quality products that not only look great and will stand the test of time but are also great value for money.
Matt is qualified with a Bachelor of Design (Industrial Design UTS 1992) and is a Member of the Design Institute of Australia (MDIA), and 2021 was elected to the National Board of the Kitchen and Bathroom Designers Institute Australia (KBDi).
Matt has worked independently as a ‘Cabinetry Consultant’ after gaining experience as the in-house interior designer for a bathroom vanity manufacturer, a large Sydney kitchen company and multinational decorative glass manufacturer.
